Committee Reports:

Spring OUTing:

• Do it again next year!! A success!
• Suggested more entertainment next year
• Advertise in the LGBT news
• How do we get more people?
• A HUGE THANK YOU AGAIN TO ALL WHO DONATED FOR THE AUCTION

Film Fest:

• CMAB report is done
• $6000 budget for next year
• Date for next year is February 19
• Same weekend as the queer college convention
• On the Paramount calendar
• Will submit CMAB grant again
• Made money last year
• Can sell ad space in the program

Advisory Committee:

• Draft of by laws – discuss next time
• Taken from the Minnesota council of nonprofits
• Draft of Philantrofund letter/report has been written

Where do we go from here?

• Pride booth – GAB has one and wants OUT to take it over 26th and 27th of June 10 am-8 pm Saturday
  after parade – 6 pm on Sunday
• Request to every group for information and staffing
• Troy’s play for National Coming Out Day 15-17 October 8 pm Friday and Saturday, 2 pm matinee Sunday expecting draw from the Cities Space at Paramount is secured NEED: set up, grant writers, organize show of donated artists work,
  reception opening night Committee: Dan, Mike, Jim, Troy, Bill, Thomas, Gary S., Angela Dan A. volunteered to be the liaison with the troupe.
