Treasurer's Report:

Outfront balance $0.00 (transferred to OUT account)
OUT balance $3943.60

Question: if we empty the OutFront account, will we have to reapply to have them as our fiscal host? No, all funds have been transferred to local St Cloud OUT account.

Funding/Grants/Fundraising Committee Report:

1. Big Gay Garage Sale will be rescheduled for next year.
2. It was mentioned that Bremer Bank may do grants/funding for the Arts. Need to have someone check into this.

Pride Committee

1. Gary S. has the left-over materials and the canopy.
2. We ran out of a few materials so we will need more for next year.

Film Fest Committee Report: – March 16 and 17 at the Pioneer Place on Fifth

1. Target Corporate does grants for the Arts but grants are complete for 2006. Applications are taken between March 1 and May 30.
2. Gary collected literature from Pride for potential contacts for grants/donations. He will sort through and bring to the next meeting.
3. Wolfe Releasing is sending a screener copy of OUT Laugh for us to review. Should ship sometime the week of August 13th. FF Committee will meet after the screener arrives.

Announcements:

1. The Women’s Group of St. Cloud has new leadership. Welcome Char!
2. Eclipse is now called “Element”.
3. Lutherans Concerned will be having an event in November. More information to follow.
4. SCSU Main Street will be September 9th. More information to follow.
5. GAB’s birthday bash will be Saturday August 26th at Lions Park from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Bring your own meat for grilling.
