Secretary's Report:

1. Amendment to July minutes: Element is a separate organization from The Village

Treasurer's Report:

1. We have $2319.21
2. GAB paid for DS Pride.
3. Update re moving the checking account: there are too many administrative problems with moving banks.
4. Motion to void earlier check and stay at the American Heritage Bank and switch signatories. Moved by Jerry, second by Sarah. All in favor.
5. Sarah will look into a $300 discrepancy (in our favor) with checkbook vs. statement.

Funding/Grants/Fundraising Committee Report:

1. Nothing to report

Film Fest Committee Report:

1. Foreign Language dept paid for Vier Minuten.
2. Still no payment from Red Carpet. Sarah will follow-up with them.
3. Dates for 2010: Pioneer Place 4/15 and 4/17.
4. Dan Barth suggests getting a GLBT band to play Friday the 14th and then show films on Sat and Sun. Anyone with band suggestions, please e-mail Sarah.
5. Discussion about films, options for funding sources, etc.
6. Screening committee: Rachel, Sarah, Isolde, Andrew. Jerry and Gabi will join, too.
7. Marketing: Andrew wants to participate again.

Bar-b-que:

1. Plans are coming along well
2. Gather from 2:15 to 2:30 to set up
3. B&G have flag and banners and will bring them
4. Cancel if it rains
5. Thomas will by goodies for $50.
6. Dance at PJs in Sartell in the evening. Across from Integracare.

Bracelets:

1. They look very cool
2. $1 suggested donation
3. One bag to Rachel, one to Sarah. Money to Sarah as well.
