Film Fest Committee Report:

Money:
  1. Gregory Grinley from Philanthrofund approached us about being involved in the Film Fest. He likes that we are fiscally responsible and would like more visibility for Pfund outside of the metro area. He would like a proposal outlining what we would do with the money and how they could be more visible.
  2. Outfront is still our fiscal host. Brandi will check with them to see if that means we can solicit corporate donations with a nonprofit option. They would obviously take a cut but if it may mean that we can act as a nonprofit.
  3. Other money discussions included creating a video with sponsor logos to show prior to the movies and during intermission.
  4. Brandi will contact Outfront and Pfund.

Advertising:

  1. Rachel will put together a list of glbt friendly businesses. We can email them about sponsorships. Email is free.
