Secretary's Report:

Approval of minutes -- motion by Thomas, seconded by Sarah, approved by all
Treasurer's Report:
- As of 9/12 our balance is $1960.71
- Sarah will deposit $83.36 in bracelet sales
- Our new balance will be $2134.07
Marketing:
- Logo redesign/ website update postponed
- “Out and Proud in St. Cloud” T-Shirts are selling well. will have to order more. wear on National coming OUt Day on Oct 11
Film Fest Committee Report:
- Film fest screening Oct 16 at 5 pm at Sarah’s
- Rachel made evaluation forms
- email band suggestions to Sarah, who will meet with Dan Barth over the weekend.
Outreach / Social Activities:
- Jubilee -- wait til spring. Could it turn into a Pride celebration?
- Stcloudpride.org
- group trying to start a pride celebration in the area
- have a Facebook page planning for August
- PFLAG Partners Anniversary/ Celebration of Commitment open to everyone 2-4 pm on Sunday 10/11
- Element Mental Health receiving referrals
- queerheartland.org (maybe com) -- kid’s stories
- Mind over Mood group starts Friday
- GSA starting at Tech High School on the announcements meeting weekly
- Group discussion about whether or not it is appropriate to send out emails using the OUT email list for events like PFLAG, youth group, etc. Group decided that it was fine

- St Cloud Human Rights Office
We received a letter from the city saying that there is no human rights office at the moment. There is a human rights coordinator named Amber Evenson. They are looking for comments about the closure of the office. Rachel will send out an email seeking comments.
