Secretary's Report:

1. Approval of minutes -- motion by Sarah, seconded by Rachel, approved by all

Treasurer's Report:

1. Our balance is $2134.07. No changes since October.

Marketing:

1. Nothing to report

Film Fest Committee Report:

1. Weekend of April 17
2. Advertising-- looking into Lavender magazine. But need to determine if one two or three day event. Andrew will put an ad together.
3. Music -- Sarah recommends the band Far From Falling. They are an indie/rock band with a big following in the Cities. Rachel will try to get a hold of Dan
4. Screening -- have seen 4 movies so far. One was good. Decided to switch to weekday evenings in order to accommodate more schedules. Mon Dec 21 and Jan 4 at 6 pm at Gabi and Brandi’s house.
5. There is a drag show the weekend following the FF. They suggest mutual advertisements. The Diversity and Social Justice group at SCSU wants to sell tickets at Atwood and provide transportation.
6. Andrew will make flyers.
7. Start brainstorming ads

Outreach / Social Activities:

1. GAB -- now has a Facebook page. They are having events including karaoke!
2. SCSU -- Coming out panel went well and had 35 attendees. Out and Proud week will be the week of March 15th.
3. St. Cloud Pride group-- continues to meet
