Mission Statement:

St. Cloud OUT serves the needs of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Allied (GLBTA) community in the tri-county St. Cloud area.
We provide solidarity and support to area GLBTA organizations, foster communication among the various groups, support initiatives undertaken by members of the GLBTA community and inform the general public about the GLBTA community.

Strategic Plan:

In order to carry out this mission, St. Cloud OUT will seek to:

1.  Foster communication among GLBTA groups by;

a.  maintaining a website;
b.  maintaining and expanding a community resource directory;
c.  maintaining a listserv for communication purposes.

2.  Support initiatives undertaken by members of the GLBTA community by;

a.  assisting in recruitment and coordination of volunteers for activities;
b.  planning and promoting events of interest to the GLBTA community;
c.  encouraging support of GLBTA artists and entrepreneurs;
d.  working with organizations that support GLBTA interests and activities.

3.  Inform the general public about the GLBTA community by;

a.  encouraging opportunities for education and training about the GLBTA community;
b.  fostering relationships with the various media agencies.
